not found in contact list (global)

Hello, I just ran into a problem with outlook. We just
added a new employee (who happens to be the boss's
daughter) and she is not visible in the contacts list for
all employees. About half of the employees are able to
see her address while the other half cannot. Of course
with my luck the boss is in the half that cannot. So if
anyone has any idea what I can do I would really
appreciate it. We have tried restarting (hoping that is
was cached, sending an email from the user to one who
cannot see her hoping it would then show up.
