Not Getting Attachments from certain email addresses

I'm not getting attachment from certain email addresses, some of which are
from other users using Outloook on the same network, the attachments are
either Photos in jpeg or excel files, it give me a winmail message, anyone
know how I can resolve?

Hello Shawn,

Have the senders change their mail format to HTML or Plain Text.

Also, this item got posted to the OneNote newsgroup instead of Outlook. If
my suggestion does not work, you may want to post there instead.
