not getting FILE command tab button in powerpoint

when i open Powerpoint, it shows all command button like
EDIT,INSERT,TOOLS...etc but the only button FILE doesnot
display.
Even ,i reinstalled Powerpoint but the problem still
existing.
Please help me to solve the problem
