Not getting new updates

We have a situation where a PM is getting email notifications that resources
are submitting updates to the project schedule, but the PM has no updates in
either PWA nor from the schedule side (update progress feature). They both
indicate that no new updates have been submitted.

We validated that time was 'submitted' and not just saved.

Jen is the Project Manager also the status manager for the tasks?

Yes he is for tasks but not for Summary Tasks. It won't let me change those
though and the updates are not going to that person either.
