not getting the option advance security button in tools menu

One week before u tried a script which will automatically send an e-
mail using advance security options from mapilab...

But the problem now is im not getting the option advance security
button in tools menu.

And when I try re-installing for 6 or 7 times it is not working...

Any help is appreciable..

I tried

Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Settings…
Press the “COM Add-Ins" here i do find advance security option is
disabled and i ticked it and re-opened the outlook. I dont find the
advance security
button in tools menu.

Then i find that advance security option is still in disabled mode, i
tried checking it and pressed OK , I re-opened the Com Add-ins box
advace securoty option is disabled still ... please let me know how to
fix this...

-Uninstall the addin when Outlook is closed (verify that outlook.exe stops
in Task Manager).
-Locate extend.dat and rename it to extend.old

-Install the addin again and verify if it is working now.

I renamed the dat file to .old , but how do i uninstall addins..

Same way as any application;
Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs
