Not gettin the option for Office Outlook

Hi,

When I try to create a new .pst file I am only getting an option to create a
..pst file with Outlook 07-2002 Personal Folders Files. The option for
creating the PST with Office Outlook Personal Folders File is not showing.
MS-Office with SP2 is running on Windows XP Professional Client.

Please help.

No, the poster most likely means 97-2002 format, not 98.

This is, of course, Outlook 2003 or 2007? Have you tried Detect and Repair
(Outlook 2003) or Office Diagnostics (Outlook 2007)?
