"Not Implemented"

I installed Office 2007 a week and a half ago - using the "update" feature.
Two days ago I started getting "Not Implemented" error notices making Outlook
inoperable. I restored Windows to an earlier date and it worked or about 2
hours - then - "Not Implemented. I uninstalled 2003, rebooted - and nothing.
I repaired 2007 and still nothing. - Any further ideas?

This looks like more than I will be able to do - I can't even find "mail" in
the control panel.

Can you walk me through this in more detail - or might someone? At this
point my Outlook is unusable.

What version of Windows are you using? In XP, if Control Panel is in
"Category View", you can find Mail under the User Accounts category.

Once you find the Mail applet, can you follow the rest of the article?

According to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA101923281033.aspx,
the Mail applet is in the same place in Vista 32-bit versions as it is in
Windows XP. If you're using Vista 64-bit, though, when you go into Control
Panel, you need to select "View 32-bit control panel items folder" first.

After clicking on Control Panel - there is no "Mail" option. So, I can't
follow these directions to add an account. Can't anyone help me?
