not insert link into history of IE

i have this macro and 9118 record into sheet ABICAB. I have seen in my
History link (Cronology of IE) the macro make for each record scanned a new
link!!!!!!!!!!! after 6 minutes of macro i have 156 new link into history
list acccccc..........:-(

Is possible to not store into history link all page visited with the macro?
