Not junk email - based on subject only

Guys,
I run an online store and whenever i get an enquiery, the subject line comes in as "Inquiry from <my company name>" and it is from the senders email address. (the way my inquiry forms work)

is there a way, just like adding sender to safe senders list, so any emails that come in with that subject, are not sent to junk?

not really, unless you can add the To address to the safe list. I'd probably
make a rule that looks for those words in the subject and run it on the junk
folder daily using Run Rules Now.
