Not on my list of allowed rcpthosts

Hi

I have just sent out (to myself) 2,000 e mails. I run the databases for our
company and have set up an auto-reporting systems that will e mail our
clients each week from an access datbase via outlook.

When I run the system to test it is works fine. But - as a test - I left
the machines on last night and coded the reports to run at 3am. I altered the
code to mail the reports to another of "our" company offices (so not spam)

All 2,000 e mails came back with this message
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

I have searched google and it say I need to authenticate my account. ???

Does anyone know what this means or do you have a link to webpage that will
give a step by step.

Go into the e-mail account that you configured in Outlook. Authenticate
to the SMTP (outbound) mail host.

your "me too". Read what's already posted.
