not playing animations after entering slide second time with link

I made a ppt presentation with links in it to other pages.
It appears that when you enter a page by using a link from another page for
the second time, the animations or movies are not activated. The first time
you enter the page they work correct, the second time you enter the page they
are not started up, only the final status after the animations is shown.
I think I should reset the page to the beginning status somehow.
Who can help?

Hello,

You need to insert a blank slide before your current slide, set its timing
to zero and allow it to reload the new slide completely. Please have a look
