Not possible to make an distribution list in bcm?

Trying to create a distribution list to which I want to send emails, I need
to pick the members from the business contacts. However, I can only get
"Contacts" in the pull down list in outlook. How do I set it up so I can
pick from my business contacts or accounts?

It can not be that stupid you have to duplicate all business contacts in
contacts....can it ..?

Can't you drag and drop Business Contacts to the DL?

Yes, ...I figured out from you question that it really seems to be so
cumbersome that you have to first create a new contact category (Like
"dentists"...which is then created in Outlook), then create a new
distribution list, called "dentists", ...and then drag and drop all dentists
under the BCM category of "dentists" into the new Outlook distribution list.

So this works. But why MS have done it so unbelievable complicated instead
of having the possibility to select the BCM category right away when creating
the distribution list is quite....unbeliveable..
Now one have to have duplicate categories inn BCM and Outlook to do this.
And no improvements in V. 2 either it seems.

So thanks for you hint.......it solves the problem!

Luther´s suggestion work...however, "drag and drop" creates dublicate
entries, one attempting to send email to a client through the email address,
the other to send a business fax.

If this means one have to manually edit every entry after "using drag and
drop" one is not better of than sending a seprate email to every client
manually"

It seems that your Business Contacts folder is not set up to display in the
Address Book. Try this:

1. Right-click on the Business Contacts folder in your folder list.
2. Click on Properties.
3. Click on the Outlook Address Book tab
4. Click the checkbox next to "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book."
5. Click OK.

Now go back and create the DL - the Business Contacts should now be
available to you...
