NOT Printing HTML Issue

This is the strangest this that I have seen yet. I am
not able to print any HTML documents, I get an error that
it can not find the printer. The printer has been
reinstalled a couple of times. Now the odd part is that
if I right mouse click and say print it prints that way
sometimes, but not if the document is open.

Any help would be appreciated.

Our internal Helpdesk wants to reimage my machine and
that is unacceptable since it is only HTML that I can not
print.

What applications are you using to print? And where are you using the
context-sensitive menu (right-mouse) to print?

I am not using a particular application to print. Any
HTML page opened up in explorer whether internet or local
will not locate the printer. The right-mouse click to
print we have used in outlook on attachments and the
desktop.
