not printing return address on envelope

I was able to print my return address on my envelopes without any problem and
then all of the sudden it quit printing. If I print preview the return
address is there and I dont have the omit button checked.....I dont
understand why it is now not printing nor can I find a solution to fix it,
maybe someone has an easy solution for me to fix it. Thanks.

Does the return address appear in the return address box of the envelope
dialog? If it does, then either the Envelope Return paragraph style is
formatted in white colour or the data key in the registry has become
corrupt. Rename the data key associated with your Word version -
http://www.gmayor.com/my_toolbars_are_missing.htm shows how to find the key
for another purpose.

Graham,

In my preview box it does appear and I do not have checked off to omit
however it still does not print...how do I check the paragraph style to see
if it is formatted in white color?? I am also working with Word 2007 and
Windows Vista if that helps.
