Not printing text when copied to Word

Hi,
Currently i'm using Visio 2002 professional pack. When i
copied drawing from visio to Word, i was not able to print
the text in the drawings. At times i was able to print
some drawings with text. If the printer or visio is the
problem i wont be able to print anything.

Since this appears to be 'intermittent' a few question
might help to understand what is happening.
a.) are the drawings that fail to print via word created
on the same system as word is on? this goes to font
conflicts.
b.) does the drawing fail to print via visio on the same
system as the word document? goes to the copy process and
printer issues.
