Not printing what is shown

In microsoft publisher my right margin does not print what is shown on page
layout
I've already set margin to printer specs and I am well under that size put
right side still won't print about a 1/2 inch of map

Are you sure you are printing within your printer's margin limitation? When a
publication is landscape the largest margin will be on the right.

Thank you Mary. I have done what you suggested, and it would appear that my
printer is capable of printing considerably closer to the edge, when I print
from word or even another publisher style program. as I said it only seems to
be on the right margin side

Have you visited the web site of your printer model? Most have support
documents; while there you could check for an updated driver as well.
I have a borderless printer that I cannot get Publisher to recognize the fact.
When it is one page I save it as a picture format and print from the software
that came with my printer. There is also the PDF option. If you are using 2007
there is a save as PDF add in you can download.
