Not receiving email from roadrunner.com address

Email Client: pop

my friends email changed from adelphia.net to roadrunner.com. I do not get their messages now. I can send to them and they are received, but their replys are not received by me. When that person sends from another account, I receive the messages. I have no rules set to block roadrunner that I know of.

Have you determined that Entourage is the problem? Do you have access to
your account via webmail so that you can verify whether or not you are
receiving the messages at all?

The problem could very well be on their end and not yours.

MAKE SURE THE SMTP SERVER IS CORRECT TO RECEIVE MAIL. ROADRUNNER PROVIDES
GREAT SERVICE. I HAVE HAD TWC INTERNET FOR 6 YEARS.

pop-server.satx.rr.com is the POP3
smtp-server.satx.rr.com is the SMTP

you will do it this way and make it whatever your city and state is. EX:
pop-server.nyc.rr.com is the POP3
smtp-server.nyc.rr.com is the SMTP

HERE IS THE EXAMPLE AND FOLLOW IT ACCORDINGLY. YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.
ANOTHER SURE FIRE WAY IT WILL BE RESOLVED IS KEEP CALLING THE ISP THAT YOU
ARE PAYING FOR AND GET A TIER 3 TECHNICIAN:

EXAMPLE OF HOW TO ENTER THE SMTP IN WINDOWS MAIL:

FIRST GO TO ADD ACCOUNT AND THEN....

you will CHANGE the city and/or state to yours:

EX:

pop-server.____________.rr.com is the POP3 (INCOMING MAIL)
smtp-server.___________.rr.com is the SMTP (OUTGOING MAIL)
