not receiving emails from my own website

I have emails coming in but then disappearing as if there is a rule set to
send it somewhere else. I checked all folders and cannot find the emails.
Everything has been working (for more than a year) but all of a sudden I see
an order pop in and then disappear. I created a new account and still does
not come in. It seems to be emails sent from my website only where people are
using the contact us option, or placing an order. I do not believe it is in
the configuration of my site because I see the email popping into outlook.
Using outlook2003.

I can see all messages. I've been using this program (outlook 2003) for 7
years. The message is popping in and then disappearing; it seems to be only
emails that are sent from my site. I made sure I have my own site listed as a
trusted site and that no rule is applied to it. Saturday is when this
started. My hosting company thinks it is my mail program, not the
configuration on my site because they receive a "your email was successfully
sent" message when an email is sent from my site. But again, it seems as if
there is a rule that is automatically deleting the emails, not going to
delete, just deleting them. I'm lost.
