Not receiving mail when minised

Hi
When Outlook is open but minimised it doesnt receive any
mail. We are using a exchange server. I am baffled
doesnt seem any reason for it, and its only happening to
one user...

Gee, we have no idea as you failed to report ANY useful information for
troubleshooting such as versions of Exchange or Outlook, what service packs
have been installed, what troubleshooting you have already tried, any error
messages, whether this one user has the same profile/installed programs/etc.
or any other basic information.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
