not receiving mails

i have new HP laptop with windows 7 and Outlook 2007 installed.
i configured the account, tested it, and started to receive mail (more than
80) -as expected.
Since that day, i did NOT receive ONE more mail, but it is showing correct
via my webmail.
Question : how can i receive mail again ??

Within Outlook run the Test Accounts option again, any err's?

Which mail account type are you using?
Any send/receive errors?

Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
