I have clear my history and deleted all the cookies from temp internet files

There are a couple of things you may want to check,
assuming you're using Internet Explorer v6 and you
also cleared the Temporary Internet Files cache itself.
Some 'privacy'/antivirus/security packages have settings
to block ads and graphics.
Internet explorer has a setting in the 'advanced tab'
to show a placeholder rather than a picture.
