Not Responding alert

I use MS Outlook 2007 and install outlook connector. I apply English (U.S)
for my default language and Thai for alternative language. When I make e-mail
via outlook 2007 and try to write message in Thai then "Not Responding" alert
appears. How to solve this problem?
