". . . . not responding" using Database Modeling Diagram template

All drawings in Visio 2002 Professional work fine EXCEPT Database Modeling Diagram. Template tools appear on left, but hourglass waits, never responds with sheet on right. Need to terminate abnormally. OS is XP Home Edition.
