Not seeing a task in web access

I have been manually entering the progress( % complete) in the actual
Microsoft Project plan, and publishing the plan by click ing Collaborate -
Publish - Republish Assignments, select the "Overwrite actual work entered
by resources" option, and then click OK.

But a resource does not see 1 of their tasks when going to 'My Tasks'.

Any ideas

Is the task in the current range

If the resource selects all tasks then this may resolve it ...
