Not seeing task update from some ressources

I have set up project server to allow ressoureces to update their task. Now
my problem is that for some user it works, for other it don't!

Let me explain:
1) I have created Project_X with bunch of tasks for different ressources.
2) When ressource Y update its task, I see them in the approval section of
PWA. I can then approve them and all is fine
3) When ressource Z update its task, it never get to my approval section!

What could be wrong?

I was not the "Status Manager"

Make sure your the Status Manager throughout the project.......
