Not sending - Read receipt Request-

I have my preview pan setup to show yes/no on messages so that I can
determine which messages have a receipt request. Now how can I be prompted
for whether or not I want to send the request when I open messages that are
actually requesting them. Currently, when I read the message the receipt
request is automatically sent. THanks.

I believe this is the same option;

Tools-> Options- tab Preferences-> button E-mail Options-> button Tracking
Options-> radion button "Ask me before sending a response"
