Not showing received background colors in Outlook 07

I just bought Office Small Business 2007 - I have one problem I can't solve...

I use Constant Contact to produce an upcoming events list that I email to my
distribution list. The background color I select on CC looks good as I'm
producing the email on the CC site. But when I see the sent email on Outlook
07, the background color is replaced by that baby blue background. So the
text is hard to read now (because I placed the colored text to be readable on
the background I selected).

This is not a problem on Outlook 03 screens that I've seen. Any way I can
fix this so 07 also shows the background color I sent.? Thx - Bryan
