not sure if this is FP problem?

this is really really weird - I use corel suite 9 to do my graphics - when I
open a picture and then mask out the area I want, then copy and paste new
from clipboad - it looks fine - saves fine ect ect.. when I import the
picture into my frontpage 2003 program, it still looks ok - but then when I
publish the page via ftp - the picture is distorted! Sometimes half the
picture will be a different greenish color cast - does anyone know why this
would happen? I'm working from xppro, corel suite 9 and on a Gateway GT5228
pc and not sure if its a corel problem - or something wrong with fp or the
ftp? anyone ever heard of this kind of problem?

any help would be so appreciated.
