note flag summary

I use the note flag summary to check off to do list items, but now when i hit
"refresh results" the summary adds back the items that were checked off
previously. any idea what is going on?

Are you showing all your note flags, or just the unchecked items? If you are
showing all items, I would expect what you are seeing.

Another reason you might see what you are is if you created a summary page.
In that case, you have created a duplicate set of your notes. You should
delete all summary pages before you re-generate the note flag summary or you
will have duplicates when you click the refresh results button.
