Note Flags Summary

I would like to have the note flags summary appear everytime I run Onenote
or reopen Onenote from the system tray. Is there a way to do this?

At present the note flags summary closes when I close Onenote.

Not automatically, but the KB shortcut (Alt-V, A) makes it almost
instantaneous.

Keep in mind that the search through all of your notes will take some time
(even if just a few seconds) and it may not always be what most users want to
see when they start the application.

A pseudo-workaround might be to generate a Summary Page (see the button at
the bottom of the NFS Task Pane) and create an icon on your desktop that
always points to that particular section file. You would then open OneNote
using that icon instead of the normal program icon.
