I am using Project 2003 SP2. When I open the file using VBA, I get the
following error "The existing note includes multiple lines of text. You can
only enter multiple lines of text by using the Notes tab. . . . . . Do you
want to change the note in the table anyway? . . . . " The elipses signify
other text in the message.
The file opens OK, but when I try to access BuiltinProperties, it gets this
error. The entry does actually have multiple lines, but that is what should
be there. It worked fine under MsProject 2002. I found a reference to this
in the fixes to SP1.
If I set DisplayAlerts to False, it does not display the message, but opens
the Notes tab in edit mode. It appears SP2 is the latest version of Project
2003. This happens on both our Resource Pool and the Schedule files.
Any help on how to supress this message or other workarounds would be
appreciated.
