Note information does not save

I layed out a floor using a number of L-shaped cubicle
shapes. I can right-click on any shape within the cubicle
(computer, chair, etc.) and enter information about it.
However, I cannot get the information to save. Any
thoughts as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks !!
