Notebook organization

In trying to get ON more used in our national non-profit, one of the delays
has been people trying to figure out the best way to organize their notebook.
I think case studies that have outlines and screen shots of real life people
would be really great.

What type of data is being collected/used by these folks? Usually the
organization of the ON data stems from the person's workflow. Think about
how you would do the same thing with a spiral notebook or 3 ring binder...
