Notebook Templates with Section Groups

I can very easily create templates for projects that contain sections. I am
unable to create templates that contain section groups. I have searched the
discussion group with no success. Is this possible. If not it would be a
nice addition.

The section groups are stripped out of the Onenote single file packages that
are created. I use the single file packages as a template to initiate new
projects.
