What has this to do with Office?! Notepad isn't an Office application. If
you're having problems with an OEM installation please contact your system
manufacturer and/or vendor.

Bastet, Please relax. Notepad is an editing program. Office includes
editing programs. To a non technical person, therefore, notepad is part
of Office. Logical but wrong.

Kutzro, Notepad is part of Windows. You need to ask this question to
one of those newsgroups. Please include what version of Windows that you
are using, i.e. Win98, WinXP, etc. Notepad.exe should be on your
computer in the C:\windows directory.
