Notepad opens as signature editor even though Word is selected ??

MS Word 2003 is selected under Tools/Options/Mail Format as my editor for
Outlook. However, when I try to use the "advanced" feature to edit my
signature, Notepad opens instead of Word. How can I change this? Many

In Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs, and selct Word
for the HTML editor.
