Notes Connector, "The Attachment Can't Be Downloaded From the Serv

I am having an issue with the Lotus Notes Connector and Outlook 2003.
Attachments from only a small group of people cannot be opened or saved.

They are also notes users and I have Notes 7 installed as well, the error
message is ""The Attachment Can't Be Downloaded From the Server. Make sure
your computer is connected the the network....".

I am connected to the network?

Thanks for the help, Notes is very tough to use.
