notes connectors: resource reservations

Hi,

I'm running Outlook 2002, Notes Connector with Domino Server 6.5.x

Is there a way to schedule resources from Outlook to the Resource
Reservations Database on the Domino Server?

The problem I'm having is when I create a new calender entry, schedule
a resource (e.g a room) the schedule request will not be successful.
The email response from the Domino Server is:

"Please use the Reservation section of the Calendar Entry to reserve
rooms and resources."

Does anyone have any thoughts, workarounds or third party utils that
can resolve this?
