Hi David,

Did you mean desktop? You can click and drag from Outlook to OneNote or use
Copy/Paste.

Thanks for the quick response. I did mean the desktop and I am not sure what
OneNote is and the option for Copy/Paste is greyed out which is makes this
feature unusable. Any further help will be greatly appreciated.
