How can I make a ppt print out with just 2 slides AND notes per page rather
than the default 3 per page??

Hi,

I don't have a printer connected, so I can't try it out to be sure, but
this is what I suggest.

When you use File>Print, where it says "Print What" choose Notes.
Then change the "Copies and Pages" drop down button to Layout.
Next, change Pages Per Sheet to 2.

If things work as I expect them to, you should get the result you requested.

I don't know if it always works like this, but it seems you can test these
options by setting things up in the print dialog then clicking Preview (or
making a PDF).

Handy!

Hi,

In the case of making 2 pages per sheet that technique will not work.
The preview will show just one page per sheet regardless of the setting.

They broke it? I tried it in PPT X and it worked fine.
