Notes not displaying properly

Hello,

When a resource updates the progress of their tasks on PWA, they are able to
insert notes. When they update and save changes, and the project manager
updates all these changes in MS Project, the notes can be seen fine in MS
Project.

However in Project Center View, when that project is clicked and the 'Notes'
column is inserted in that view, it just displays something like this:

[John Smith]: [John Smith] 24/11/05:

How do I get it so that the notes appear properly?! I dont want it to just
display the name of the resource that inserted the note.

Hi,
I dont see any way in which notes can be seen correctly on the project view.
What you can do is if you are using lots of notes then upload a document and
link it to the required specific task.
Another work around can be to insert some custom text column and allow
resources to
edit it.
