Notes on timesheets

I know it is possible to have notes on a task (entered through the timesheet
module) but is it possible to associate a different note each day the
resource works on the task.

For example, for task "Paint House"
Monday, 8 hrs, painted south wall
Tuesday, 8 hrs, painted north and west walls
Wednesday, 2 hrs, started painting east wall
Thursday, 6 hrs, finished painting east wall

The resource would have to submit his/her time each day and add a note each
day to document the work performed that day. Hope this helps.
