notes size

2. my notes are too large. already tried the tools > options > note size,
and for some reason a new note takes up the whole screen. Also, while a note
is open, what is the keyboard short cut to pull up the file menu? I want to
quickly assign categories.

Alt-F?

Since you don't actually say what version of Outlook, that's the best I
could suggest.

As for the note size, what happens if you:
1) Start a new note.
2) Resize the window to your liking.
3) Save the note.
4) Start a new note.

Does it stay full screen?

I use 2003. Alt + F didn't work. Also, in regards to note size, there is no
resizing the window which is the problem. I can't get to the resizer in the
lower right hand corner... very odd.

Well, actually, now that I re-read it, the Notes form doesn't have menus per
se. There's that context menu you get when you click on the note in the
upper left hand corner... And I'm about 99% sure there's no keyboard
shortcut for that.

In regards to note size, I can' reach the resizer window in the lower
right
corner... very odd. It's like the screen is just barely off.

If you drag the window down so that the title bar is mid screen and you
hover the mouse over the top border of the window, do you get the resize
pointer, arrow pointing up and down?

Double click on the top Blue Bar and it will return back to your normal size.
