Notes won't downsize

I have Outlook 2000 and get my postit note downsized. It
opens full screen. I've tried clicking in the lower right
corner to resize and the only thing that resizes is the
task bar. I've changed the settings and that didn't correct it.
Any ideas?

Have you tried double-clicking the Title Bar at the top edge of the
note?
