Notes

I'm working on a project plan and have added a lot of text in Notes. Now I
want to produce a printed report that puts one line item on each page, and
includes the Notes field. The problem I'm getting is that no matter what
method I use to get the data out of Project it is truncating the Notes
fields.

Is there a way to export ro print the whole Notes field?

PS If there is another way to achieve this kind of printout, like perhaps
putting the Notes in individual Work docs and linking them back into
Project, then by all mean suggest it.

Hello Gordon,
For printing the Notes : File / Page setup / Views : Print the Notes

For exporting Notes toward another file via a map, (File / Save As...) you have to take off all the
carriages return (manually or with a VBA procedure)

Thanks for the response, but even the Notes without carriage returns are
not exported in full. The first couple hundred characters go OK, then it
just puts "..." at the end and drops the rest.
