Nothing's working on this shortcut bar !!!! HELP!!!!!

This is no the third time I've written. I'm really
having trouble. None of the advice seems to be working.

I can't get the Office 2000 shortcut bar working. I've
tried moving it into different startup folders (there's
startup in the 'Start menu' and in 'Office' and
in 'Office10'). I've tried uninstalling all of Office
2000 and then reinstalling it.

Can someone please, please help me!!

I don't know an awful lot about computers so I will nedd
some clear step-by-step instructions please.

P.S I use windows XP.

Do you have, in programs, an entry for 'Microsoft Office Tools'?
If so is there a shortcut for 'Microsoft Office Toolbar'?

No. I can't see anything that says "Microsoft Office
Tools".
What now?
