Notification message of receival in mail merge in Publisher 2007

How can i receive notification message that the recipients have received my
mail when making mail merge in Publisher 2007

That is an Outlook function, look in Outlook's options, E-mail options, tracking
options.

Thank you Mary!
I have looked that already! I have marked the option "get a notifications
when the e-mails arrives and read" but even though i have marked in outlook
it didn't work while mail marging in PUblisher.

How do you know it is not working? Have you sent a merged message to yourself. I
know when I receive an Outlook message with a receipt request I always click no,
in fact there is a choice whether I want to not get this notification at all. I
have this checked so I don't see the receipt request any more.

yes i have sent a mail merge to my collegues and myself and it doesn't work!
