Notification not functioning

When I flag an email for follow up and fill in the due date, etc. I no longer
get reminders. Any suggestions? (I do get notified for meetings....)

Yes, they are.
They worked a couple of weeks ago, and it has happened to others in the
company. I am wondering if it was due to any recent microsoft updates?
