Notification of new mail sent to another e-mail address

I'm attempting to find a way that an e-mail notification could be sent to a
personal e-mail address when new mail arrives. I do not want to forward mail
but send a simple message (from the exchange server) with a link to Oulook
Web Access site so they can login.
