notification "sending emails", but I didn't

Hi,

sometimes my outlook is synchronizing up-loading emails but I didn't
sent one.
Eg. 6 of 6 emails were sent. But I can not find these Emails in my
sent-mails-folder nether I sent it!

Is that a virus which spreads around? Is outlook sending something
else without notification? How can I prevent outlook from sending
information?
